Woolzies Review and Giveaway

My previous venture of making my own dryer balls didn't turn out so well. One of them unraveled on it's first go around. I was disappointed as I've wanted to try dryer balls for a while now. When I was given the opportunity to try out Woolzies wool dryer balls I jumped on it.

Woolzies are 100% pure wool dryer balls. They're pretty large and completely handmade. I've been using them for a couple months now and haven't noticed any significant shrinkage in the size of the balls. I was surprised at how quiet they are. I can hardly hear them tumbling around in there. I noticed they work really well at separating sheets. I haven't had a bundled up sheet yet! There has definitely been a slight reduction in drying time. Overall I'm completely satisfied. They're guaranteed to last at least 1,000 loads so I'll be loving my Woolzies dryer balls a long time!

You can purchase your own 6-pack of wool dryer balls for $34.95 + free shipping on their website.

Win it: One reader will win a 6-pack of Woolzies 100% Wool Dryer Balls!

Ends 7/17 at 11:59pm EST.  Open to US only.

  38. Rubber and plastic balls are made from harsh chemicals including PVCs which are released onto your laundry by the hot dryer air. Not only are these types of dryer balls dangerous to your health, they are toxic to the environment as well. Additionally, the harsh tumbling action of rubber, plastic and tennis balls can damage your dryer's sensitive electronic sensors. Finally, some of these types of balls may even melt slightly and cause fabric staining.
